Prerequisites are: 17 years or older Bronze Medallion First Aid ART A Silver Medallion Patrol Captain or Beach Management It's purely assessment based - 800m pool swim at Claremont pool in under 14 minutes - Mission at the beach - 100m tube rescue - 200m board rescue - Complex multi patient scenario
