Congratulations to Kate Hutchinson who is the winner of the Oldham Cup.
29 swimmers of whom 17 were eligible.
For the statistically minded the "decay" factor varied from +7% (ie slight improvement) for the front runners to -19% (ie slower) for the back markers.
For the distance concerned swimmers, if the Presidents Cup was 800 m then the Oldham Cup was about 1165 m (or 35 m too short). It also means the Long Swim is long!
