Swanny is host to a variety of social events in Perth throughout the year, for our members and the public. We host parties, family days, large competitions and casual drinks on Fridays. Swanny is also home to the Swanny Dukes, a social club open to all active members to promote knowledge and awareness of all oceanic endeavours spanning a range of craft and activities. The main objective is to get the most fun out of every session in the water.
Club Parties
Organised and run by the club, formal parties are held every year for our members and the public.
Christmas Family Fun Day
Christmas at Swanny involves plenty of fun on the beach and some crazy games for the kids. Including; Dizzy Sticks, Oar Relay, Chariots and the The Infamous Iron Guts. And kids, get excited. Rumour has it that a certain man in red could be visiting via SLSWA style ‘sled’ to see all of the good boys and girls of Swanny (well…. I guess that rules out any bronzies who kicked-on after passing their bronze exam last Sunday).
Come along and enjoy a fun morning at the club. The more the merrier!!
Blue Party
The Blue Party is the biggest, loosest and life changing party of the summer! Party goers enjoy spas, fun times, drinks at club prices, and an awesome DJ! This event is open to the general public and usually held late January/early February. Dress BLUE!

Presidents Cocktail Party
Usually held in early November, the Presidents Cocktail Party is the first formal event on the social calendar and is regarded as the Presidents welcome to members and new bronzies for the upcoming surf season. Themed and with members both old and new attending this is one of the best of the season.
This is a club member and friends of members only event. New bronzies and their friends are encouraged to attend.
