Points Races
Points races are a friendly way of staying fit. We time and record the results of those that compete and results are published weekly online. All are welcome to participate. At the end of the Season, the male and female with the highest number of points will be crowned the Points Race Champions!
Points races begin at 10am Sunday mornings during the surf club season on the beach at Swanny and typically include as a minimum:
– ‘long’ swim (400m)
– ‘long’ run (1200m)
– run-swim-run (200m run + 200m swim + 200m run)
Come down to practice your run-swim-run and catch up with the Swanny crew for some friendly competition.
