Between The Flags opens four new stores and increases member discount
It’s been a busy year for Between the Flags.
Since November last year, four new stores have opened in Cairns, Noosa, Perth (London Court) and Fremantle (Market St), increasing the number of stores to 14 Australia-wide.
Between The Flag’s (BTF) new flagship store on Campbell Parade Bondi re-opened just days before Christmas after undergoing six months of refurbishment and is now four times bigger than the original site.
BTF Managing Director, Grant Oayda has also announced that SLSA member discounts will increase from 10% to 15% - effective immediately.
SLSA members just need to show some club identification to be eligible for the discount.
Don’t forget when you buy anything from the 'Surf Life' range you’re generating revenue for surf lifesaving in Australia.
"The rate of growth and popularity of the stores has been due to a fresh new look in design direction," Oayda said.
"Towards the end of last year, we appointed Jon McGuigan (ex-Mambo) to head up our design & production department so you’ll notice a lot of changes in 2008”.
“As the ranges become more lifestyle-oriented, they become more appealing to locals and that’s terrific because tourists like to wear what locals wear.
"In the next couple of months we’ll be bringing out new collections for Surf Life, Surf Life Active, BTF Men’s, Beach Supplies for women and children plus a Bondi Beach rugby range for winter” he added.
By early April, BTF hopes to launch its NEW WEBSITE with on-line shopping catalogue.
